S1E18 - Undertaker appears pushing a book cart when Grelle, William, and Sebastian prepare to face Angela. He distracts a guard, to help Ciel, Sebastian, and Grelle get into the town, which doesn’t do much since he saw them anyway. Ciel asks for his help on the current case he’s on, and Undertaker does this favor for free. Ciel goes to Undertakers funeral parlor, finding him in a urn filled with salt, only seeing his head. He insults the “corpse,” so Grelle wakes up and starts chocking him. Then, he opens another coffin and finds Grelle in it, appearing dead. S1E17 - Undertaker is talking about a corpse inside one of his coffins, talking about how he loves his job. When Undertaker insults his locality to the Queen, he takes Ciel bt the tie and warns him. He at first thinks Ciel is kind for paying for the grave of the victim, but then he it explains it’s just his “duty” to take down those who the Queen say to.
Later, Undertaker is with Ciel and Sebastian at a grave of one of the Jack the Ripper victims. S1E6 - Undertaker explains to random children that the chapel is so busy because it is Angelina’s funeral. So, he gives them the information he knows about the Jack the Ripper case and that’s about what the person did to the women’s bodies. Sebastian makes Undertaker laugh so hard that the building shakes. When no one can make him laugh, Sebastian tries next. When Ciel asks for information, the only way Undertaker will give information is if they make him laugh. He expected Ciel to come in to be fitted for a coffin, but they are actually there to ask about Jack the Ripper. S1E4 - Undertaker appears out of a coffin, in his funeral parlor, when Ciel, Sebastian, and other followers enter.
